Premium Funeral Live Streaming
Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast
Connecting Families when Distance Keeps Them Apart
We understand that a funeral livestream is a lifeline for family members who desperately wish they could be there but cannot.
That is why we don't treat livestreaming as a simple "add-on" service.
We approach livestreaming with the same care, reverence and attention to detail as the service itself.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between the Essential Livestream and the Archive Bundle?
The Essential Livestream ($890) is designed specifically to connect distant family in real-time. It includes the live broadcast, a private viewing page, and an immediate replay of the stream. The Archive Bundle ($1,290) includes everything in the Essential package but is designed for families who want a permanent, polished keepsake. After the service, we take the footage back to our studio to remove the start/stop waiting periods, master the audio, apply a color grade, and deliver a seamless, cinematic Master File. This edit is delivered digitally with 48-hour priority.
We only want the service filmed, not live-streamed. Is it cheaper?
Our fee for an "Offline Broadcast Recording" remains the same as our Essential Livestream ($890). This is because our pricing is based on the professional multi-camera setup, discreet audio engineering, and the time our crew spends on-site capturing the service, rather than the cost of internet data. You will receive the exact same high-definition, multi-angle recording that a live audience would have seen.
What makes the Cinematic Tribute different from the other packages?
While our standard packages are designed to clearly document the service, the Cinematic Tribute ($2,190) is designed to create a lasting legacy film. This package includes extended coverage across multiple locations (such as the family home, a convoy, the church and the cemetery), drone cinematography for establishing shots, and a highly polished narrative edit. The livestream is also included for free as a baseline.
Can we upgrade our package after the service has taken place?
Yes and no. You can absolutely upgrade from the Essential Livestream to the Archive Bundle after the service if you decide you would like the polished, re-edited version of the footage and the Timber USB Box - this is quite common. However, you cannot upgrade to the Cinematic Tribute after the fact, as this package requires pre-planning and additional coverage on the day of the service.

Is it complicated for older guests to watch the stream?
Not at all. We prioritize simplicity. There are no passwords or logins required. We provide a simple, private link that can be shared via SMS or email. Guests simply click the link to watch.
Where is the video hosted?
We create a customised, private page on our website for each service, which includes the video player and an integrated guestbook for remote condolences. Alternatively, if the Funeral Home prefers to use their own native streaming platform or website, we can push the feed directly to your preferred destination.
Is the video available for replay?
Yes. The video is available to watch immediately after the live broadcast concludes. This is vital for family members in different time zones who may not be able to watch live.
Can the family download the video?
Yes. A download link is provided on the private page within 24 hours of the service concluding, allowing the family to keep a permanent copy of the file.

What is your service area?
We cover all of Brisbane, the Gold Coast, and the Sunshine Coast with no additional travel fees. Services outside of these regions can be accommodated and will incur a travel fee, which will be discussed transparently at the time of inquiry.
What is your arrival and setup time?
We arrive approximately 1 hour prior to the service to test connections and coordinate with the venue and funeral home. The livestream will go live to viewers 5–10 minutes before the scheduled start time, featuring holding music and a welcome screen.
Do you offer cleaned-up edits?
Yes. While the standard service includes the livestream replay, we offer an optional "Refined Edit." This is a polished keepsake version where we remove gaps, smooth out camera switching, and ensure the audio is mastered for the highest quality playback.

How does billing work?
We are flexible to your preferred workflow. We can invoice the family directly, or we can bill the Funeral Home via Purchase Order if you prefer to bundle our fee into your disbursement costs.
Do you contact the family, or do we?
We act as an extension of your team and adapt to your style.
Direct Referral: You can pass the family's details to us, and we will handle all technical coordination and questions directly with them.
White Label: If you prefer to maintain a single point of contact, we can communicate solely through you/your arrangers.
How much notice do you need?
We understand the nature of the industry and do not have a minimum lead time. However, bookings are subject to availability, so we recommend reaching out as soon as a date is proposed.
